This is great concept and almost perfect. I just don't like that it's not snug around the ears - I feel cold chill sneak in from the edge all the time (If this is for ventilation purpose, when it's not really good design then) I love the fact that they are so low profile, allowing to be worn under a helmet without much of readjusting. It's actually perfect for running / endurance training too. I just wish the ear line has a little more snuggness. I got green-ish color and they are awesome, not sure why they don't offer that color anymore...
