I have used this several times, extended durations (48+ hrs). Cool/wet conditions. Head is dry and warm, feels nice and is just a nice hat for the cool and rainy pacific northwest.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

    If you find yourself in-between two sizes, should you order down for a snug fit or up for a loose fit? I'm in between small & medium by your size chart. I prefer a snug fit (esp since I'm bald). I'm not sure which to pick, can you help?

      Depends on how close you are to each size. This model features an internal cinch band that can help dial in a size. We would recommend sizing up.
